Just change the ID of the numbers folder to this ones:
0005000010101C00 - NSMBU JP
0005000010101D00 - NSMBU USA
0005000010101E00 - NSMBU EUR
0005000010142200 - NSLU JP
0005000010142300 - NSLU USA
0005000010142400 - NSLU EUR
000500001014B700 - NSMBU + NSLU USA
000500001014B800 - NSMBU + NSLU EUR
And in the content folder: Make a folder called Common, inside "course_res_pack" and inside the levels.
