The IMA House, designed by Ezequiel Farca Studio, is located on an elongated site overlooking the ocean in San José del Cabo. Balancing traditional Mexican architecture and contemporary design, the residence uses natural materials, clean lines, and open spaces to harmoniously integrate with the landscape. Patios, water features, and an infinity pool enhance the serene atmosphere, while the layout promotes natural light and cross ventilation, adapting to the local climate. A blind façade leads to a private patio, creating a striking and contemplative entrance.
