Watch this inspiring interview with Former Green Beret Teddy Lanier on the TODAY Show, who shares how a special treatment center named Warriors Heart and their Clinical Director Vonnie Nealon brought him home! In this moving segment, Teddy shares how he heard the voice of an “angel” when he called Warriors Heart and spoke to his counselor Vonnie in April 2017. Two years later, the Teddy and Vonnie continue to stay in touch as part of the aftercare program. Nealon also explained that Warriors Heart is a private residential treatment program, and Warriors Heart Foundation accepts donations to help fund treatment for warriors (military, veterans and first responders) at Warriors Heart. Teddy then gave thanks to a private donor who sponsored his residential treatment at Warriors Heart.
