Описание: For Valentine's special, I am sharing a foolproof Chocolate Cupcake recipe and a very easy chocolate buttercream frosting! I hope you guys can try this recipe, make this FOR or WITH your loved ones! Happy Heart's Day!

Yield: 12 cupcakes
Grab WHAT you NEED:

CUPCAKE:
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1tsp instant coffee granules
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used canola oil)
1 large egg (room temp)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
113g unsalted butter (room temp)
1 cup icing sugar (sifted)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1tbsp heavy whipping cream
