On his switch to the corporate world after almost 10 years in the government sector, he has worked in senior management positions for organizations like Thermax and TechMahindra.

Also, he has been the CHRO at two NYSE-listed Indian majors, Dr.Reddy’s and Tata Motors, and the Group CHRO at Reliance Industries Ltd. He has consistently been featured in the “List of Most Admired HR Professionals in India” and has several awards to his credit, including a consistent Linkedin Power Profile over many years. He is the recipient of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Medal, the Reckitt & Colman Award, and the Citibank Leaders Award at XLRI. He sits on the HR Advisory Board of the Reserve Bank of India and has been on the Board of companies in the Tata/Cipla Group.
