Taylor’s University has improved its standing among universities in Asia by 29 places to break into the top 150 position, as announced by QS Asia University Rankings today. Taylor’s is also listed in the top 1 percent of universities in Asia, an outstanding achievement and an important milestone for the University. Taylor’s University made history when it obtained the highly coveted “Tier 6: Outstanding” rating in the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education’s Discipline-Based Rating System (D-SETARA) in 2012. Taylor’s University is the first and only university to achieve “Tier 6”, the highest rating in this inaugural rating exercise conducted by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
