In this video, I take you through a full upgrade session on my 2011 Polaris RZR 800 Trail, focusing on boosting performance, durability, and trail-readiness. The build starts with installing a full set of Rhino 2.0 axles from SuperATV, known for their strength and improved articulation—perfect for rough terrain. Next, I add SuperATV high clearance control arms to increase ground clearance and improve suspension travel.
To reinforce the front end, I upgrade to All Balls Racing heavy-duty ball joints, built for long-lasting performance under stress. For stopping power, I install a new set of sintered brake pads, offering better heat resistance and braking performance in muddy or dusty conditions.
Finally, I revamp the winch setup with a synthetic winch line and a durable aluminum hawse fairlead for a safer, more efficient recovery system.
