In early 2023 PAM Health partnered with AtlasJobs to help increase their speed to hire across all locations. AtlasJobs was integrated into PAM Health’s recruiting engine and delivering benefit in the first month of use:
► Recruiters decreased time sourcing candidates by more than 15%
► The pool of qualified candidates was immediately increased
► Candidates were more qualified for the roles
