The Cold War never really ended in the ice. In 1952, a classified recovery team pulled something down from the sky over the Arctic Circle — a meteorite that wasn't a meteorite.

By 1958 the USAF was quietly fueling B-52s with it — infinite range, no exhaust signature, engines that ran quieter than physics allowed. They never questioned why the pilots started dreaming the same dream. The depot was mothballed in '92. The tanks were supposed to be empty. They weren't.

Raven operative callsign “SNOWGHOST” was inserted by helo drop 40 km out after seismic sensors picked up movement inside Tank 7. Two days of arctic trekking later, he reached the perimeter fence. The sodium lights still burn orange. The tanks still stand in perfect rows. But something inside Tank 7 is pressing against the steel — not liquid, not solid, just black and aware.
