Jam Dandies
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon crushed Country Corn Flakes Cereal
1 tablespoon soft butter
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons raspberry jam

In bowl, mix flour, cereal, butter and sugar until crumbly. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the crumbly mixture. Press remaining mixture firmly into pan. Spread with jam. Sprinkle reserved crumbly mixture over jam; press gently with fingers. Bake 18 minutes. Cool. Cut into wedges

Peanut Butter Fudge
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 teaspoons cocoa
2 1/2 teaspoons milk
1/2 teaspoon soft butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Grease pan with butter or margarine. In bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Spread mixture in the greased pan. Bake 5 minutes. Cool. For quick cooling, place in the refrigerator 5 minutes. Cut into pieces.
