really he is an occult detective investigating cases set in the small town of Harrisonville, New Jersey, one of the most terrifying places you would ever want to visit. A town overrun with vampires, werewolves, reincarnated Egyptian mummies, worshippers of Satan, and myriad evildoers obsessed with immortality and willing to make bargains with any demonic being they could summon and not unwilling to kidnap, steal or murder in the process. This week our hero tackles the terrifying case of “Children of Ubasti!” So if you think we’re a YouTube channel for weird audio book fiction, you’re correct, and if you think we’re here to offer noir, classic supernatural, folk-horror or even pulp adventure, well, you’re right about those as well. “pulp fiction ” certainly isn’t a perjorative here at FICTION FANTASTIQUE. “Morbleu!”
