During a heavy rain event, only 6 weeks after installtion the concrete erosion mat is doing what it was designed to do. The water has slowed in velocity as it travels across the flexible concrete mat and because of the vegetation growth between the concrete shapes has grown through, the vegetation helps control erosion of the drain and vegetation helps to filter the sediment and water.
Good results and easy to maintain with a tractor and slasher too!
