First up, we have Bridgemill, a neighborhood located near Sixes Road with convenient access to Publix, restaurants, Home Depot, 575, Bells Ferry, and Main Street. This community is zoned for either Liberty or Sixes Elementary School, Freedom Middle School, and Woodstock or Cherokee High School. Homes in Bridgemill range from 375,000 and up to 1.2 million and have 3 to 7 bedrooms with up to 7000 sqft of living space. Most of the homes were built in the late 90s and early 2000s.

Moving on, we have Towne Mill, located off Highway 20 with nearby access to the Riverstone area. This community is in the Hasty district and feeds into Teasley and Cherokee schools. Towne Mill was established in 2006 and is still adding homes today. The community offers a variety of homes, including 3/2 ranch-style homes, 4/2 and 4/3 homes, as well as 5/3 and 5/4 and 6/5 options. Home sizes range from 2500-4000 sqft, depending on the floorplan and bedroom count.

Next on our tour is Crestmont, located near Sixes Road and offering easy access to 575, Bells Ferry, and Main Street with a quick drive into Woodstock. Crestmont is in the Holly Springs Elementary School district, which includes Dean Rusk Middle and Sequoyah High School. Homes in Crestmont were built between 2004-2022 and offer 4-5 bedrooms with 2-4 bathrooms and 2500-5000 sqft of living space.

Our next stop is Harmony on the Lakes, located at 140 Canton Market Place and offering convenient access to Target, Best Buy, Kohls, Lowes, and the hospital. Harmony on the Lakes is in the Indian Knoll district and feeds into Dean Rusk and Sequoyah schools. This community features different sections, including townhomes, ranch-style homes, and two-story homes. Home sizes range from 3/2 with 1500-2000 sqft to 4-5 bedroom homes with over 3000 sqft of living space. The community started building homes in the early 2000s and as recently as 2017.

Lastly, we have Forest Creek, located a little further out of the way but offering a median home price in the mid $500s. Forest Creek is in the Avery district and feeds into Creekland and Creekview schools. This community features homes ranging from the mid 400s to the low 600s with 4-6 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms, and 2000-4500 sqft of living space.
