Have you felt a little ungrounded, anxious, or depleted?
One technique that I share regularly with my yoga students @yogapodboulder who take class is “triangle breath”.
It’s simple and effective - involves inhaling, holding the breath, and exhaling in a rhythmic pattern, creating a sense of balance and tranquility (if you watch the video, you can physically see Lumin melt into relaxed puddle in my lap 😂).
