In this video, we will answer HOW we were able to lower our Real Property Tax legally and save thousands of pesos in taxes for 2022.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I mentioned in the video that you will only pay taxes (I MEANT INCOME TAX PERCENTAGE TAX ETC) if your Apartment Business is registered with the government. But it is a given that all BUSINESSES should be registered with DTI and BIR and owners should be paying TAXES.

Real Property Tax (RPT) is mandatory whether or not your business is registered. We are all required by law to pay Real Property Tax.
