Everyone likes grilled cheese! And don't forget, wine and cheese are a pairing classic.
Ingredients:
2 slices of good thick bread
5 slices Gouda Cheese
one tomato slice
butter one side each of bread
Put one slice butter side down on griddle
ADD 5 cheese slices and one tomato slice
Cover with other slice of bread, butter side UP
Cover if necessary to melt cheese with skillet top
Flip after a couple of minutes
Flip again in 2 minutes and enjoy with a glass of wine!
