Recipe for the impossible pie

1 -cup sugar
1 /2-cup coconut
1/2 -self rising flour
1/2 -cup melted butter •
4 -eggs
2 -cups milk
Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl or blender Give it a good mix until smooth and well-combined.
2. Pour the mixture into a butter pie dish. Put in a 350° preheat oven for 50 minutes until brown on top.
