Lisa Scheinkopf has worked directly with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt, the originator of the Theory of Constraints (TOC), on developing the TOC Thinking Process. She has worked for 14 years as a partner at Goldratt Consulting, where she has led the company's consulting practice in North America and India and headed the Goldratt School. She is the author of "Thinking for a Change: Putting the TOC Thinking Process to Use."

She founded Jenrada LLC in 2019, offering programs and coaching to help leaders and teams ask better questions, develop better solutions, and focus with clarity to achieve meaningful, impactful, and sustainable results.
