Our program includes those techniques and disciplines that are part of the common vocabulary of the contemporary dance scene today. They are the vehicle for our journey towards knowledge, the acquisition of new skills and the refinement of the technical aspects of movement...
The second trimester focuses on gaining a deeper and broader understanding of technique and training and acquiring a broad personal repertoire of routines to work on and develop both. It is the moment dedicated to movement analysis and the study of the technique in depth from the base of anatomy and the biomechanics. It is also the time to begin to begin to expand the limits of our bodies and minds in a healthy and gentle way. Floorwork, Partnerng and Acrobatics subjects will be essential for this mission.
