No, Dhritarashtra, Pandu and Vidur were born from Intimate interconnect. Ambika and Ambalika had cohabitation with Maharishi Vyas. Because of which Dhritarashtra and Pandu were born. Ambika and Ambalika were the wives of Maharaj Vichitravirya. But due to the sudden beat of Maharaj Vichitravirya, Hastinapur had no prince. To solve this problem, Queen Satyavati ordered her first son Maharishi Vedvyas to give a son to Ambika and Ambalika. To follow her mother's order, she accepted cohabitation with Ambika and Ambalika. But Maharishi asked for one month's time from Mother Satyavati. Whose mother Satyavati refused to give it because she wanted the crown prince as soon as possible. During that one month, Maharishi Vedvyas wanted to make himself capable of having Intimate interconnect. That is, he wanted to change his form, so that Ambika and Ambalika would not get scared after seeing his yogi form. But mother was not ready to stay in Satyavati for a month, hence Vedvyas ji had Intimate interconnect with Ambika and Ambalika in the same yogi form. Ambika could not obey the orders of Mata Satyavati and she agreed to have Intimate interconnect with Vedvyas ji. But she got so scared that she closed her eyes, due to which her child was born blind, who later came to be known as Dhritarashtra. Ambalika turned pale while having Intimate with Vedvyas ji, hence her son Pandu was born very weak and pale. At last, Mother Satyavati, who desired to have three princes for Hastinapur, ordered Vedvyas ji to have another Intimate interconnect with Ambika, for which Vedvyas ji agreed but Ambika was so nervous that she sent a maid in her place. That maid happily had interconnect with Ved Vyas ji without any fear or panic, due to which she got a very healthy and intelligent son who later came to be known as Vidur.

If the birth of the three sons had been divinely ordained, then Ved Vyas ji would not have needed to ask for one month's time from Mother Satyavati. In the same way, if Ambika and Ambalika were to get a son only through divine vision, then there would be no need for them to panic or close their eyes, nor would there be any need for them to send any maid, they were definitely the sons born due to cohabitation.
