The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has implemented a new Know Your Vehicle (KYV) process for all FASTag customers.

Your FASTag was recently placed on a "hotlist" due to invalid documents submitted during the initial activation process.
To resolve this issue, please upload the following documents through [link to upload portal]:
1.Clear RC front and back copy
2. Clear Vehicle Front and side image
3. Fastag Image pasted on Windshield

Once you have successfully uploaded the required documents, bank support team will validate and approve KYV and clear hotlist, subjected to 3 working days.
