Hello, all.
Today I thought to kick off a new series of spatial transcriptomics analyses. This first video covers the what spatial transcriptomics is from the stand point you know about bulk RNA-seq, as well as some of the information that you can get from spatial transcriptomics like immune composition.
In future videos we are going to analyze the data Nanostring provides for their new 6000-plex Spatial Molecular Imager platform: Human Frontal Cortex. In future videos, we will phenotype the cells in the dataset and use them to explore the spatial landscape of the data. This data can be acquired here:
