ORLANDO DAY 4 | Disappointing Bar Helios Visit, Disney Springs, Cake Bake Shop at Disney's BoardWalk

Описание: 🌴Join us for Orlando Day 4 as we explore Disney’s BoardWalk, have lunch at The Cake Bake Shop, visit Disney Springs, and review Bar Helios Rooftop 🎆

Welcome to Day 4 of our Orlando travel series! This day was all about good food, Disney vibes… and one very disappointing rooftop experience 😅

We started with a stroll along Disney’s BoardWalk at Walt Disney World and enjoyed a margarita to kick things off properly (because it’s Florida, of course 🍹✨).

Then lunch at Gwendolyn Rogers' The Cake Bake Shop Restaurant at Disney’s BoardWalk — and wow, what a beautiful place. We ordered from the lunch menu, soaked up the atmosphere and took in all the gorgeous details.

Later, we headed over to Disney Springs, which was packed, to spend some time before heading over the Grand Helios Hotel for our booking at Bar Helios. We grabbed drinks at the Terralina Bar's happy hour, and stopped by Splitsville and enjoyed some fab live music. Disney Springs never disappoints for atmosphere, and it’s one of our favourite places to wander in the evenings.

We wrapped up the night at Bar Helios… which we had pre-booked and were really excited about to watch the water show and fireworks to finish off the night. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The view was rubbish, and it just wasn’t the experience we’d hoped for — especially after booking in advance. Not every plan works out (very on brand for Change of Plans Travels 😂), but that’s all part of the journey!
