U.S. Marines from the 3rd Littoral Combat Team, 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, along with U.S. Marines from Marine Aircraft Group 24 (MAG-24), 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, load personnel, baggage, and ammunition aboard MV-22 Osprey and KC-130J Super Hercules aircraft at Marine Corps Base Hawaii on January 8–9, 2026.
MAG-24 supports the 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment during their annual pre-deployment exercise at Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawaii. The exercise provides Marines and Sailors with realistic training using new equipment, enables integration with other sections to accomplish missions, and enhances skills, tactics, techniques, and procedures to strengthen overall combat readiness.
