What's the Deal with Canning Milk? Experimenting with Canning Milk Products!

Описание: All right, let's get the big stuff out of the way right at the top!
Yes, I am aware that there is no USDA approved methods for canning milk. I 100% encourage you to do your own research and make your own decision on whether or not this is something you would want to do. Is this something I would do in the future? I'm still undecided...and that's okay. This video is not meant to be a recommendation for or against canning your own milk products.

I do want you to be encouraged to research, explore, experiment and try new things! Preserving and canning for me is primarily a way to provide food security for my household and to preserve the natural bounty in my garden. That doesn't mean I can't have fun and learn while doing it!

Lastly I want to leave you with a quote from the ModernSurvivalGuide blog that I found particularly interesting.
