Thing we need:-
1. Sliced pine apple
2. Pre cook pig's large intestine
3. Red pepper/chilly
4. Garlic
Method: Firstly, fry the red pepper and garlic. Once you smell the fragrant smell of garlic, add in the pre-cooked pig's large intestine. After frying for about 2 minutes and when the garlic and red pepper mixed well with the pig's intestine, add in the sliced pineapple and stir well.
Lastly, add in a cup of water, a pinch of msg, a teaspoon of white coarse sugar and salt according to your taste. Let it simmer for 3 minutes before it is ready to be served.
