4th Ascendancy is Personal Preference:
Tailwind - 20% Increased Skill Speed, Best in slot once you have better gear and don't need crit or damage since it makes you go faster. If you get stunned out of your twister casts, this node can help since it makes your twister casts faster. This is what I'm using
Bullseye - Slightly more consistent Crits, very useful if you don't have flat crit on weapon
Point Blank - 20% more damage when blasting bosses

UPDATES 7/1:
Put Eternal Mark in Charged Shots replacing Marked for Death turns out it works and allows you to remove the mark twice for 4+ frenzies (which isn't how it is worded, probably a bug). This increases your frenzy charge generation on bosses by double which is huge

You can use knockback support instead of magnified effect in whirling slash if you get stuck on mobs in small corridor maps

I've swapped my 4th ascendancy to Gathering Winds, for more speed

Few things I forgot to mention:
Having all 3 ailments on bosses is a massive dps spike for bossing, Yoke is a lot of damage. I'm missing ignite which is a lot of missing damage, probably 20-30% more damage missing (20% inc taken from Yoke, 40% Inc dmg from Skill Tree and Annoint)
Life/Rarity on Rings is meh, Triple Flat damage is BIS
Reminder that Barrage has a 45% less damage, so damage of 2 barrage repeats is approximately equal to 1 self cast twister
