Описание: Here's my recap of my first race of the 2023 season! The Subaru Milton Sprint Triathlon.

It was a great day to be out with great weather conditions and water temperature. A fast course with a mass swim start with Pro Men/Women, Junior Men/Women and Men 30-34 (which I was a part of) at 9:45am. The bike was tough with the climb right onto 6th Line, however the rolling hills were nice. Definitely need to work on my transition along with my brick workouts, along with more open water swimming.
