MINDANAO'S HIDDEN COAST - Road Trip Adventure to Sultan Kudarat, Philippines (Kalamansig)

Описание: Having spent a couple of years out in Cateel in Davao Oriental, I'm no stranger to the hidden coastlines of Mindanao. This time, I head to the other side of Mindanao, the west coast, to a town called Kalamansig in Sultan Kudarat province.

But I didn't take the commonly used, cemented road. I took the direct route, a rough, adventurous, under construction mountain road, from sea level up to 1000m and back down again.

Kalamansig is a quaint little town founded on Manobo folklore. There are 140,000 people between it and Lebak, just down coast, and I had an opportunity to visit both towns.
