Описание: Aakash Joshi is a computer engineering student in PVG COET, SPPU, Pune, India. During his undergrad years, he has worked on some really cool technology and personal projects such as building his own homelab with Proxmox servers, virtualization and containerization with Virtual Machines of Linux instances, and setting up hardware and networking for it. Additionally, he has worked with Python, C++ and Javascript for some web dev and machine learning projects.

He talks about his inspiration for programming and AI from watching Iron Man movies, something which we both have a lot in common. He talks about resources which he referred to for learning web dev and python. He describes about his projects, and some new ways he implemented on his own to achieve success.

We talk a lot about self-hosting home servers for creating his own media server named Jellyfin, and his Network attached storage system called trueNAS, and GUI for administration of docker containers known as Portainer. We talk about reverse proxy and cloudflare tunnels and Virtual Private Network like Tailscale. And so much more.
