Inspired by the ancient story of Saint George and the dragon, the blade is crafted from mosaic Damascus steel, patterned with intention and layered symbolism. One side depicts the princess from the legend, rendered in the flattened, reverent language of medieval icons. The reverse shows Saint George slaying the dragon — a timeless image of virtue triumphing over chaos.

Every figure is hand carved the old way — hammer and chisel shaping steel as icon painters once shaped sacred panels. Gold inlay illuminates the composition, echoing the radiant backgrounds of traditional Christian icons. The silver hilt is entirely hand chased and repoussé, forming a sculptural devotional object as much as a weapon.
