Sandra Birchmore started the Police Explorer program in her youth, which was run by Matthew Farewell. He groomed her and had an inappropriate relationship with her for years. In 2020, Sandra was pregnant and saying it was Matthew Farewell's. He was married and expecting a child with his wife. He stated he went to break it off with Sandra. He went to her apartment and was the last person to see her alive!
Sandra's death was listed as a suicide and the facts surrounding that did not line up! We will see the trial starting in February and all they have against Farwell as it took 4 years to finally lock him up!
