Make sure to use the palm trees to stay out of the way of the Big Urchins. When doing so, land on the middle of the tree to avoid slowing down. In the spot with the narrow pipe, a well-timed jump and a mid-air spin from the nearest palm tree will let you land on top of the water geyser that follows instead of hitting it from the side.
