KingGordo: World Bowser Electro Swing Remix (Super Mario 3D World)

Описание: "The Big Bad Bowser Medley" (https://musescore.com/user/10768291/s..., posted nearly 4 years ago on my Musescore account, remains one of the most well-received "KingGordo" projects of mine. And one of the most well received segments of that 18 minute suite was the "Jazzy Bowsa" section (https://musescore.com/user/10768291/s..., featuring an arrangement of the amazing "World Bowser" theme from 3D World. Seeing as 3D World was recently ported to the Switch along with an impressively expansive Bowser-themed side-game, now seemed like the best time to revisit this deviously catchy theme once again! Hope you like it!

This arrangement is piano, piano, piano! Swing is one of those jazz styles that I'm relatively more comfortable with, so this project showcases a lot of fun swing stuff that the original theme lends itself to. This remix also sees me trying some different sound fonts, especially with that super fun "honky-tonk piano" (that's literally what the midi instrument is called). I also, as usual, played around with trying to sneak in other related themes. For example, 1:12-1:35 features Mario Kart: Double Dash’s reworked version of Bowser's original theme from Mario 64 (an idea I carried over from the “Jazzy Bowsa” arrangement). Also, since this is a swing arrangement, I couldn't help but throw in the iconic theme from DK Country (1:51)!

I really wanted to get this out sooner, but I was just really delayed with recording the visuals. I'm so happy to finally get to share this project; so far it's one of my favorites!!!
