illegal convention?

Описание: COS falsely accuses those of us who oppose an Article V convention of saying that our Constitution of 1787 was illegally drafted or adopted.
MY side never said such an idiotic thing. We have always seen that the 2nd para of the Declaration of Independence recognizes the sovereign Right of a People to throw off their Form of government.
Thus WE understand that if a Convention is called by Congress, the delegates are the sovereign representatives of the People and have the inherent sovereign right to throw off our (glorious) Constitution of 1787 and impose a new one.
That's why we warn against a convention. And since a new Constitution will have its own new method of ratification - whatever mode of ratification will ensure approval - a convention is almost certain to result in a new Constitution. And if it is drafted by anyone from COS, it will be a Constitution from Hell.
