Tools & Specs for Touring Models:
Fork Cap: 1 3/8" (35mm) - Torque: 60-70 ft-lbs
Drain Plug: #3 Phillips - Torque: 7-15 in-lbs
Oil Capacity: ~10.8 oz (FLHT/FLHX) or ~11.1 oz (FLHR)
Oil Type: H-D Type E / Heavy Duty 20W or Belray W15
