Open Concept Kitchen Living Room: Essential Color Strategies to Create a Cohesive Look

Описание: One challenge with an open concept style of space is that there is no separation between different zones or activities. Because we see everything, we want to somehow create a sense of cohesiveness. One of the easiest ways of connecting all of the different areas in an open concept kitchen living room is just to use color. In this video I'll take you step by step through the process of how to use two strategies on using color to create a seamless flow. You'll learn how to use the interior design principle of repetition, the importance of staying consistent with your palette of colors, and how you can use these strategies for any type of color scheme that you have. At 4:50 in the video, I share what's working in this room, but I would love to hear your ideas on what else we could do using repetition of color so that it is even more cohesive.
