Muireann and Alan are joined by Eoghan Tomás McDermott to discuss the recent arrest of a man in his 20's in connection with the brutal murder of two Sligo men and attack of a third man is left with serious eye injuries.
The latest victim, a man in his 50s, was found dead in an apartment at Connaughton Road at 10.30pm on Tuesday night with what gardaí described as “significant physical injuries”.
Eoghan says it is understood Aidan Moffitt was due to meet with someone from a dating app on Sunday night after leaving a local pub.
Eoghan tells Muireann and Alan that An Garda Síochána has warned the public to be safe meeting with people online.
