आज मैं आप सभी के समक्ष धनतेरस की तीन कथाएं प्रस्तुत कर रही हूं। इन तीनों कथाओं का अलग-अलग रूप से विशेष महत्व है। धनतेरस का त्यौहार दीपावली आने की सूचना देता है। यह कार्तिक मास कीकृष्ण पक्ष की त्रयोदशी तिथि को मनाया जाता है। इस दिन साईं काल में लक्ष्मी जी का आवास माना जाता है। इसी दिन भगवान धनवंतरी वैद्य समुद्र मंथन के समय अमृत कलश लेकर प्रकट हुए थे इसलिए इस दिन बर्तन खरीदने की परंपरा है।
भगवान धनवंतरी देवताओं के वैद्य हैं। इनकी पूजा करने से आरोग्य सुख की प्राप्ति होती है। मान्यता है कि भगवान धनवंतरी विष्णु जी के अंशावतार हैं। संसार में चिकित्सा विज्ञान के विस्तार और प्रसार के लिए ही भगवान विष्णु ने धनवंतरी का अवतार लिया था। आइए इस वीडियो में देखते हैं तथा सुनते हैं धनतेरस की कथाएं

On this day, Lord Dhanvantari Vaidya appeared with the nectar urn at the time of the churning of the sea, so it is a tradition to buy utensils on this day.
