Hello guys! Today, i'll show you another brazilian classic, it’s hard to find a restaurant or bar that don’t offer this on the menu here in Brazil, they are more crunchy and healthy (Despite being deep fried)) than French Fries and for sure, they deserve a try
Yuca is probably, along with black beans, the most important food in Brazil. You can find it on a daily basis in the meals from south to north of the country, and it was there even before the country was called that way, being used on Indians diets long before the Europeans arrived.

Yuca Fries:
-500 g of Yuca
-A teaspoon of baking powder
-Salt
1 - Cook the yuca with water and salt for 10 to 15 minutes - or until start to get softer
2 - Drain the yuca ant let it dry for a few minutes
3 - Sprinkle some baking powder on the yuca and give some toss
4 - Deep fry the cooked yuca on oil for around 8 minutes
5 - Drain the excess oil, add salt and it's ready!
*I’ve added some simple chives over it, just for visual
**The sauce was simple mayo and ketchup.
