Follow the Steps to Add Social Media Icons Links to Channel Art
Open YouTube and Select Your Channel
Click on Profile icon ( top right corner )
Click on Your Channel
Click on Customize Channel
hover over on Channel Art Banner and You Will Find Edit Links option
Click on Edit Links and then Add Link as you want
You're done.
