In this video we will look at how I approach particular gym sessions.
It's important to identify how you want your weekly training sessions to look.
Decide what your weekly session will consist of.
Install sets, reps and weight( where necessary) and place them into an order that compliments what happens on each day.
Basically each session must be designed in a way that compliments one another.
Monday should compliment Tuesday, Tuesday should compliment Wednesday and so on.
So weather your building up to a big session OR starting with a big session and declining then planning is key!
This approach will be slow but you'll consistently progress and build a solid base.
The longer and slower the process the more time you have to build a body that will represent durability and longevity.
