As a Care Aide, Barb was used to helping others through trauma and emergency conditions on a regular basis. When her community - and family - were affected by wildfire evacuations, she underestimated the impact of the trauma and stress on her own well-being. As someone in a helping profession, Barb shares her own challenges in seeking help.
