"...The maze was endless, full of twists and turns, dead ends, and traps... I had seen, beyond the infinite ashen walls, flames that scorched the flesh deep down in the cursed soil. No hope of escape, no chance of redemption—all doomed to suffer for eternity. Forever, for all time.

We lived the beauty of the art of violence in life; thus, we are deprived of the only thing that could give us the will to persist. The cruelest punishment is to not let us live through our art.

I had only one solace, one source of comfort—the sun. The sun that never sets, the sun that hangs in the bright white sky like a mocking eye. The sun that burns and blinds but also one that gives light and warmth. The sun that reminds me of life, of home, and of love. This is the sun that I once worshipped and now curse.
