Ingredients:
1 cup Good Culture low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup Rao’s marinara sauce
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
150g Realgood lightly breaded chicken nuggets
1/4 cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add cottage cheese, marinara, and Italian seasoning.
2. Mix until well combined.
3. Heat chicken nuggets according to package instructions.
4. Add cooked nuggets to the bowl.
5. Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6. Sprinkle more Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes on top.
7. Microwave until hot and cheese is melted (about 1–2 minutes).
8. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
