"Next comes the virtue of detachment. No matter what you have, don't like it too much, because the nature of this lower world is that everything passes. Children grow up. The house gets old; the building wears down. We don't have the strength to take care of it the way we did when we were young. As people get closer to retirement they have to let go. Some people find it very hard, especially when the closets are full, the attic is full, the basement is full, and you can barely get one car in the two-car garage. It's too full.
