ED Arrests Accused Raj Kesireddy in AP Liquor Scam Link

Описание: A major development has emerged in the alleged Andhra Pradesh liquor scam case linked to the previous YCP government. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has reportedly arrested key accused Raj Kesireddy, who is said to be a central figure in the case.

According to ED officials, large-scale financial irregularities involving the sale of liquor allegedly led to the movement of thousands of crores through illegal channels. The agency suspects that the funds were routed through hawala and money laundering networks.

As part of the ongoing investigation, ED teams conducted coordinated raids across multiple locations in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Searches were carried out at around 10 locations in Hyderabad, including the residence of Raj Kesireddy in Nanakramguda, along with the homes of several other accused individuals.

The investigation is currently ongoing, and officials are examining financial records and digital evidence to trace the alleged money trail.
