The final touches on this custom grinder fixture with nice looking DIY machined knurled aluminum adjusting knobs with recessed pin spanner nuts using the Brown & Sharpe horizontal milling machine for completion, the nuts are not hard to make and have a smooth clean appearance for fixtures and other tools like this.
This grinding fixture was added to the machine decades ago the knobs will make it adjustable without a wrench and have a nice appearance on this fine vintage machine tool.
