Backstage beer review: 45 Days Organic Pilsner

Описание: We were really lucky that K.B. Hallen in Denmark was kind enough to provide us with 3 different beers to choose from in the green room. Of the 3 beers I chose 45 Days Organic Pilsner from To Øl out of the Western part of Zealand, Denmark. 45 Days Organic Pilsner is a 4.7% pilsner that apparently takes 45 days to brew. This beer pours out a super clear yellow with about a fingers worth of white head. 45 Days Organic Pilsner smelled crisp and slightly bready or crackery. The beer was light, crisp and refreshing. THere was a light bready maltiness to it along with a fresh grassy hop character. There was just a hair of bitterness on the finish. The flavors reminded me of spring time. This was a tasty pilsner and I look forward to drinking a few of them tonight!
