His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia Mike Savage presents his view on the politics and history of Nova Scotia and its people, discusses the reasons why he decided to run for public office, first being elected as a Member of Parliament and later being elected Mayor of Halifax, and how those roles allowed him to create a change in the lives of individual Canadians. Finally, he reflects upon his current role as Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia and his understanding of Nova Scotia and Canada.
